Congratulations to our Varsity Women's Basketball team for their 53-39 win yesterday over Forsyth Country Day in the first round of the state tournament! The team will play in the second round of the tournament this Saturday, February 16th at Wesleyan Christian Academy at 6:30pm.
Black History Month Alvin Ailey Dance Rehearsals:
- First session SMART lunch everyday between Wednesday, 2/14 to Thursday, 2/22.
- After school next Wednesday, 2/21, from 2:45-4:00 pm.
- To Be Determinded: next Thursday, 2/22, from 2:45-4:00 pm

Here is the new SMART lunch schedule for 2nd semester.
Chromebooks: If you have any issues with your Chromebook please email the IT department at chromebooks@hgchristian.org
Charging Station: Is available in the high school office.
- First use no consequence
- Second use lunch detention assigned
- Third use lunch detention assigned
- Fourth and above after school detention assigned
- Consistently forgetting to bring chromebook fully charged to school may result in more severe
- Consequences.

ATHLETICS
1) Varsity Women's Soccer workouts will be held this Tuesday and Thursday from 3:00 to 4:30 at the soccer field.
2) Spring sports tryouts begin on Monday. Check the athletic announcements blog for details and tryout dates/times for each sport.

3) On Friday, the Varsity Women's Basketball team took 2nd place in the MAC Tournament. They got the #8 seed in the state tournament and will host a first round home game tomorrow (Tuesday, February 13th) at 5:30 against Forsyth Country Day. Admission for the game is $7 for adults, $5 for students, and free for kids 8 & under.
